In addition to owning the big blue elephant
from Fun Pier, Bill Campbell has also aquired an original PTC
Jack Rabbit roller coaster car. Bill discovered the abandoned
car in the woods off of Route 47 in Rio Grande, NJ. It had been
left to rot, overturned in the thicket. How it got there is
anyones guess. After realizing what he had found he arranged
to have it transported to a safe haven in hopes of a future
restoration project. As shown in the photos below the old coaster
car has suffered severe damage from the elements.
